I did a quick little search, but came up with nothing for that price. If you can save up for a bit longer, I found one that will be about $250AUD: The Flash Season 4 Barry Allen Grant Gustin Flash Outfit Suit Cosplay Costume

If you were looking at spandex instead, like the comics, you may have to save up longer. Those suits are costly because of the labor involved in stitching them up.
