Custom Spiderman Costume Lenses

Here's a different type of video I put together real quick for everyone.
These are just about to be placed on my latest costume ( Which is still for sale). The color used for the frames is a layered affect that I get using my own mixture of paints. The lenses are custom as well. You won't find them like this anywhere else!
These are only for the costumes I put together, I do not sell them individually.

I haven't had the chance to take pictures of my newest suit yet. Here are a few pictures of my last suit I completed. (All Schuurke's material besides the costom lenses..) I have changed the coloring of the frames used for the lenses since the two pictures you see here.

They look awesome. Are the frames soft or a solid material like resin or something? Do they just get glued to the fabric on the outside of the mask? This doesn't let loose while stretching the material on and off your head constantly while costume changing? Been curious about that for a while.

The frames are a hard resin. I've never had much luck with urethane or soft frames.

They are glued to the webs, and then the fabric behind it is glued and pushed up against the back of the frame as well. Once the glue and the fabric bond... it's pretty hard to detach anything from it.

Basically, if you were to put the glue on the fabric and let it dry, the fabric has more of a hard, plastic property.

Definitely amazing suit, I am looking for a spiderman suit as well been looking but no luck on decent prices.

Thanks guys.. this thread is a few years old. I don't make much spiderman stuff anymore, I mostly paint oils now a days. But if you're intereted shoot me a message and of course if the price is right we can work something out.. ;) (full suits.. not individual pieces)

The lenses are made with an airbrush film layered behind fine mesh.

Fantastic Spidey costume! It looks just like the one from the film. I'd love to do a Spiderman or Batman costume, but I'm afraid I'm too thin to fill out a Dark Knight outfit, and would be too self conscious to wear the form fitting suit of my favorite wall crawler.

I'll be watching this thread with great interest.
