Custom made (sun)glasses??

As someone with a smaller than average head (my hatsize would 6 5/8) I always find it tricky getting glasses and/or sunglasses that fit me perfectly. Its particularly frustrating when I see a style I really like and that I think would suit me well (eg - the new Persol James Bond glasses or aviator style sunglasses) only to find the smallest size they come in (if indeed they even come in more than one size) is just gigantic on me.

So does anyone know where you can go to get custom made (sun)glasses?

AFAIK, Oakley do have customized sunglasses, I don't know if you like them, but asking them nicely doesn't hurt.
