custom embroidered patches?

I've used Butler Patches before, and they do a good job, but lower quantities can be expensive. If it's something you think you can sell in the junkyard, consider that option as a way to recoup some of your investment.

Yeah, We specialize in small runs. 1 to 10 patches at a time, we can do larger batches as well, but so can a lot of people.

you can see some of our stuff at PopCoutureCrafts.com or the link to our etsy shop.

Since we're on the subject, I have a question: How do you guarantee that a custom patch embroiderer isn't going to take your awesome custom patch design and start offering them somewhere else?

Of course I'm not implying that anyone on or near the RPF would do such a thing, but it seems more likely that someone here would recognize the potential value of a movie-related patch, moreso than someone not involved in the hobby.

Granted, it's not my original design, but I recreated/sourced it, and I don't want someone using my efforts to shortcut the process, or cut into my potential profit. Or is this just the nature of the beast, (sort of) like recasting? It's not my design, so I can have no claims on it?

great work! my brother custom designed the patches in photoshop and they brought it to life for a GREAT price!!!

I guess it just comes down to trusting that person. The one I'm doing is pretty obscure, I don't think there would be a high demand for it. But, I do plan on having a few extras made just in case anyone wants one. It's not even movie related, it's toy related.

I know this is maybe a bit late but I have always used "the patch factory" - Embroidered Patches - Custom Embroidered Patches - Iron On Patches - The-Patch-Factory.com

They have never led me wrong and honored an original quote when a miscalculation caused the price to jump at the last minute - good people and they definitely have earned my 3X repeat business. I have always supplied artwork - so I don't know what they would charge for that - but unlimited proofs and corrections are free - and they have a VERY fast 14 day turn-around. Min order is 50 though - that might not be what you are looking for.
