Custom Belt Buckle? (TWOK style)

Heya,

Does anyone know of somewhere (preferably in the UK) that can make a custom-designed belt buckle?

I'm planning something that works in a very similar fashion to the TWOK one as worn by Shatner et al.
It's an openwork buckle in metal, with the open end feeding behind the buckle.


Can anyone help?
