The first two films in this continuation of the Rocky franchise were both solid films.

This will be Michael B. Jordan’s directorial debut.

I’m very much looking forward to it.

Looks like a ring death in there too, shades of Rocky IV (1st act anyway) too.

Looks like a rematch with Ricky Conlon cut through the trailer, may be a flashback though, be good to see Tony Bellew back in the Rockyverse.

Viktor Drago is listed in the IMDB credits, cant see him in there though.

Appears to be a 7 year jump forward, and Donny retiring, is this the final installment do we know?

I think this looks good, I'm interested to see how it stands up without Stallone.

It lacks Stallone.

Saw it yesterday. Not a bad film by any means but just missing that bit of heart that Sly got in there.

eg theres a couple of moments that feel like they're meant to be inspirational speeches and they're barely noticed.

It takes a good swing but just misses for me.
