heres the finished silicone part of the mold. i need to order some plastipaste for the mothermold.

the seam line will be up the back fin.

I ordered the plasti-paste today and it should be in by saterday, so there won't be much to post about until then..

Hm i didnt know if im right but the silicon must be smoother and than you must add some keys. If this is the last layer you become later Problems to Put it into the plasti paste shells.

got the plastipaste in earlier this week and finished the mold a few days ago!

and when i start to sell them later on i will probably be offering painted and unpainted.

ive finished the molds off with some screws and nuts to keep the mold together and ill be getting some resin and making at least one resin bust next week, and if i have the money ill get the expanding foam to make the master for the ultracal mold.

over the weekend i made two foam castings! the fisrt one came out with a hole in the front and airbubbles in a few places, but the second casting came out great! i painted up the first one and gave it to my cousins to put up in their shop/garrage and i was planning on using the second one as my master for the ultracal mold, but now im thinking of painting it up and selling it to raise more money for the project so i might be putting up a forsale thread in the junkyard later today.

as good as your cast is, which is great i can't help but finding myself looking at all your little bits in the background of the pictures, like the little army of stormtroopers.
