Costume file color problem?! Help. Spider-man

Hey guys. When I save my designs it dulls the color, here's an example of the saved file and a screen shot.




Left is saved, right is screen shot. Two questions... why is this happening? And which would be a closer representation of what is printed.

It may be that the screen shot is an RGB file and the art file is in CMYK. That will closer represent printing, since printers are based on CMYK colors. Open the screen shot in Photoshop, and if it is RGB, change it and it should look closer to the same.

What kind of file are you saving it as? Are you compressing the file at all?
