Got my Medallion back from Futurescape. I think the sculpt and cast are excellent.

Responses are welcome, and encouraged. Clearly the color is not right. It is remotely Jade-ish, but not a close match.

How do I give them the correct advise on how to adjust the color ?

I have almost zero vocabulary for color theory, but jade has some blue to it. If the medallion was cast with less pigmentation, to give it some more transparency, and they added some blue to the green, that might get you closer.

Go with a jade resin like this:

then do washes of browns and dark browns, allowing the color to go into the recessed areas, then wipe off excess on top. The darker color will stay in the recessed areas and make the details pop.
