Commander Bly Cosplay

I have been wanting to buy or make myself a Commander Bly cosplay.

I'm not sure what is better: buy the complete armor set and paint it myself, or build one completely myself. (if I were to build it, this would be my first ever cosplay. So i'm scared that i spd a lot of money on it and that it turns out really bad.)

Can anyone help me in this matter?

Bly's a tough one to do. I leaped in head first and dropped almost $2000 USD on the parts for mine after successfully tackling an ESB Boba Fett (BH-19754)...



If you're dead-set on doing one, head over to clonetroopers.net, set up an account, and start reading through some build threads (you should find NecronautDrummer's Bly from ROTS thread there still). There will be a lot of help and expertise here to help you out, but they are true and passionate experts over there and a really nice bunch of people too.

If you decide to stick around here, I can certainly give you a hand with your build.

Yes, Bly is tough to build, took me 2 years to build mine. Just like Necronaut stated best thing to do is go to Clonetroopes.net
