Clear drying glue?

Can someone recommend a good clear drying glue for attaching clear plastic to resin? Like for windows and/or portholes.

Will just super glue work for that?

Superglue can fog the clear part.
Best bet is microscale crystal clear or bog standard pva glue.

Boyd of Trekworks always uses "canopy glue" he refers to it several times in his youtube postings.

Loctite makes GO2 Glue (all purpose). It dries crystal clear, but has a shine if you get to much on the surrounding area. takes about 30 minutes to dry.It will not cloud clear plastics and has some flexibility. In the US it is sold at Home Depot and Michael's Craft stores.

Testors also makes a clear parts cement. I've used it for many years.
It's pretty much another variation of Elmer's-type glues.
