Circuit from power rangers time force

I am looking to make a full sized circuit form power rangers time force. I want him to be fully anamatronic and able to move. Where would be the best place to start for a build like this. Also if anyone has STL files of a full sized circuit I would love to have them.

How much are you selling the model for? Also would it be possible to break it up into pieces. I would like to get all the parts to love like the head and the wings just like in the show
