I finally got to pick up my Cinemaquette Endoskeleton from my local collectables
shop the other day.I never thought about getting one of these as I live in Australia.
The RRP of $1500US plus shipping to Australia and taxes would have killed me. :angry

Luckily the kind lady at my collectables shop ordered a large number of cinemaqutte items and received a large discount. She was kind enough to pass this discount on to me.I ended up paying $1100US for the statue in my hands with no ridiculous shipping fees or taxes. :)

Let me just say this is the most beutiful Terminator peice I`ve ever come accross. It is huge at a height of 24" and is heavy as all hell. For those that don`t know, this peice was worked on by Stan Winston. He laser scanned one of his original endo`s part by part and then shrunk it down to 1/3 scale by computer before making molds. So it is 100% accurate despite it`s size.I love IT :love :love :love

Anyway here`s some bad pics(my good camera is down at the moment.) thanks to Whackychimp

It's oh so beautiful.

And the pose is indeed really great.
It's the kind of hiding as a human and the T800 notices ur there, kind of thing.

Also lover the base.

So this is 1/3rd? How does it compare to the Sideshow 1/4th I wonder?

Awesome. I saw some cool Terminator Endoskeletons at Comicon.

Is it posable or static?

That pose looks like it needs a Prada handbag in his hand. :D

Awesome nonetheless. :thumbsup

Thanks for the nice comments guys. :)

By the way, is it the Cinemaquette figure that serves as the centerpiece on the cover of The Winston Effect? The pose is identical...

I would think so. The Predator is also a picture of the Winston statue... don't know about the rest though, but definitely recognized those two statues.

Make no mistake, she's no kind lady at that store. She's an evil pimp who preys on us fan boys trying to lure us from our hard earned cash.

Given the circumstances I'm sure I would have caved in too.

Looks really great GIZMO...I know how much it sucks living in Australia...well Tasmania anyway. I think I am about to give up on my pulse rifle idea
