It's not Cinemaquette, but Toynami (basically, the same firm)
This is just v2 of HCG/Toynami/XFX endoskull.

It has improved sound feature, instead of 10 sec. Future War inspired theme, this one plays 30 sec. actual Terminator theme, installed blue lights in the base, and improved nameplate..Rest is the same as v1 of HCG/Toynami/XFX Endoskull.

I actually already wrote about this endoskull on the RPF, in this thread http://www.therpf.com/f9/opinions-wanted-best-1-1-t2-endoskull-99172/ (big post at the bottom of the page).

I think it looks quite nice, but I'm perfectly satisfied with my v1 of the skull.
