Looks good buddy, looks like you found the same pep file i did. It was my very first pep build and it is just now getting done.
I i had any suggestions...take a dremel with a sanding wheel to your highpoints where the papers meet. As long as the fiberglass has any thickness to it you can get away with a lot. I found this build to take a lot of working to make it screen accurate just because of all the high lines, but as i said, my first pep build so as far as i know theyre all this way.
After i knocked down my highs i did another coat of resin on the front, did some more sanding and then hit a couple low spots with body filler. And then finished up with some spot putty. As i went i cut off the extra reinforcements that wrap around inside the nose, eyes and edge all the way around. They werent needed after the first coat of resin and those and the strap holes just made it impossible to lay solid glass inside.
If i ever do another one i will do the mouth grill solid until im completely done and the cut out the slots later. Just too hard to keep them perfectly straight. Mine looks amazing now and i will be adding a few embelishments to make it more screen acc. Feel free to hit me up if you need any advice
