Can anyone ID what they used for the Stargate Glyph divider bars.

I'm trying to ID the origin of the Glyph divider bars used on the Stargate. I printed the Glyph to scale and the bars are approx 30-32mm wide. The bars are about 5mm wide and the gaps 8mm. If you look closely in the middle of the gaps you can see another raised line.

It looks very similar to plastic track for sliding glass that is used on Vivariums, the extra raised rail in the middle of the channel helps the glass slide easier. Here is some for 6mm glass that I found on ebay but I can't find larger. Anyone have any other ideas or am I on the right track?

i bet that piece is just a single piece with two dado cuts in it. that would be the easiest way to make that. Especially when you can get that type of thing cut from a millwork supplier at 8 foot lengths. Just cut them to length and dishes are done. Going with the dado version will be stronger and take a grip of time off of doing it any other way.

Check you local millwork shop and tell them the dimensions and bet you can get that done quickly and cheaply.
