Can anyone help me find this?

I have been looking for this knife from the Punisher movie. A lot of people think it is an Emerson kerambit but they don't have anything like in this picture. Thanks for the help.

Kydex sheath is a match too-tho there is a different square one, which has a neck cord.
Like the Model T, only available in black.
