Californication - Target Artwork in Hank's Hallway?

Hi all -

This has been nagging me forever, and I thouht I'd see if anyone on the RPF might have insight into the origin of the name/artist of the piece hanging in Hank Moody's hallway on Californication? I'm love to buy one if I can find the artist, or perhaps have the piece recreated.

It's apparently a painting of concentric a generic human outlines creating an effect which resembles a target practice, um ,target.

Besides that, I'm new to the RPF...so hello all! Glad to be here!
