Cad Bane. Season 3

I've been working on a new Cad Bane sculpt for a few months now. I plan on casting the face and balaclava together, so it will be a one-piece mask. The cast will be a three part mold. I'm considering doing the molds in ceramic and having them kiln fired, so they will last longer.

This latest sculpt is a more true-to-life rendition, not as "cartoonish" as my last one

What do you suggest for a longer lasting mold for pouring latex?
