Interest BTTF II <> Biff's Pleasure Paradise Matchbook

I got 2 possible staplers, but I have to play with them. They use "Tot" staples, my initial examination is that they are fairly small across but also have short legs.

I don't see any option that has small staples with long legs.
No worries take your time! As I know it will be good in the end! I don't know a lot about staples but someone here may be able to help :)

Okay, this is the smaller staple. It's not as small as the original, but it's the smallest I can find that's readily available and has a hand stapler that goes with it.

Sorry about the delay guys. I've been working on my Hamunaptra key and have finally got a possible idea to make it work. I've been spending my free time on that. :unsure

Thank you for the update! Just let use know when you get chance to finish them! They will be worth the wait! :)

Any updates here?

I just submitted what hopefully will be the final version of my Fully Functional Hamunaptra key to Shapeways. If that works, I'll be able to come back to this project.

:( I am revisiting the legal aspects of this.

I can not find much information.....but similar penalties are in the neighborhood of $300 per violation.
The problem is that when I ship, I am clicking a box saying I am *NOT* shipping hazardous items. And they consider matches to be hazardous, internationally.

I no longer feel comfortable perjuring myself to mail to multiple people for multiple items for international customers.

I will still ship to USA addresses.

The only other option is to mail you just the matchbook cover, properly printed and sent internationally. I would do this at half the stated prices.

you know, i never thought of that! yes thats a scary chance to risk...

I'm in the US so I'm still in for the whole shooting....match...*zing*

(One Pleasure Paradise and one Auto Detailing)

I am sure it's safe. I think the restriction is unnecessary. But I could be held accountable for far more penalty than the reward.

So, yeah. USA only.

I have a NEW option for International customers. I believe this could work.

-----edit----

I can send you 3 matchbooks. (at most) I'll send them in an ordinary envelope as a LETTER.

That means no customs forms and I don't have to check any boxes saying I'm not sending hazardous material.

That's the best I can do.

Well that sounds ok for me (I live in the uk) can I still buy the same amount I wanted? At the same price? This will just mean you will have to send me 4 "letters" hope that's ok! And thank you :)

Just to be sure. You can send one of each (3 matchbook variations in 1 letter), or only 1 matchbook variation per letter (so you have to send 1 matchbook in 3 letters if we want them all)?

Thanks!

congratulations on beating the system! ;) i had to smuggle a pepsi perfect bottle (un opened) into canada. to avoid customs my friend works at UPS. she told me to wait a week before christmas, they are so backed up with packages crossing the boarder a lot of times they just push them right through. sure enough he got his package un opened

It should be noted that I have no malicious intent. All of the matches that I purchased for this project were sent by Businesses by AIRPLANE. That is what they THINK is dangerous. Sending them by airplane. It is done ALL THE TIME and I have never heard a single issue.
