Bowcaster Strap - Looks good to me!

I pinged a war replica supplier months ago to see if they could get more of the British gas mask strap in stock for use as a Bowcaster strap. Well, after many months its back in stock. The hook is not exact and needs a brass piece in between the hook and D ring but I think with a bit of work it is a great option.

Yea. I know what the correct one looks like and we all have those photos. Folks have been trying to find one and can’t. As I said in the post meaybe you didn’t read is that it needs tweaking of the hardware to be closer.

There are a few around i managed to pick up 2 .
Ill try find a link i had . The one we need seems to be a crossover between mk 5 and mk 6 .
Was discussion on a military board .

Prob why hard to come by but do come up quite often

Currently searching for the barrel mount . Came close a few times but will keep looking
