This is an interest thread for a complete Boushh helmet greeblie kit. Each greeblie will be cast directly from the original model kit piece. The pieces will be cast resin with no clean up required and ready for paint. There are 23 pieces total. 22 pieces are resin casts and one is a brass screw. I decided to offer these because I'm molding all the greeblies for my personal helmet and thought I'd see if there were any other boushh helmet builders that might need all the screen accurate greeblies for their build. A majority of the greeblies on the screen used helmet were resin casts. Some of the greeblies are modified versions of larger kit pieces, I'll be modifying them to spec and include them in the offered kit. The leather strap on the back of the helmet has particular mounts that are built from three pieces and cast as one solid piece. I was able to find these greeblies and I'm in the process of building the mounts. The original cast parts on the screen used helmet were some pretty sloppy casts so if anyone wants to modify the casts to match the screen accurate wonkyness this resin is easy to work with.
I'll post up the progress on the molds and casting done by my wife Julie. Some of these pieces will be tricky to cast but we'll make sure to cast them correctly. Depending on the interest on this thread we'll decide weather to go ahead and offer these parts or not. With the number of pieces in the kit and number of molds involved the cost will be estimated at around $170.
