Boushh from Return of the Jedi

Hey folks, a while ago I was contacted by someone who wanted a Boushh helmet (which was the disguise Princess Leia wore to sneak into Jabba the Hutt's palace in Return of the Jedi). After many hours, and with lots of tips I picked up from this group, here it is. It's pepakura, with some scratch built greebles, and acrylic lenses. It has a voice changer inside, and two rows of blinking leds in the upper "range finder." The client said she wasn't super picky on the greebles being 100% screen accurate, but I've already found ways to make them closer to the real deal since finishing it. I think I really nailed the paint job, including the stencils along the sides...it totally looks like it's been trekking across the galaxy. Let me know what you think!

Looks good, I'm in the process on one of these as well. I found I had to make the thing pretty huge to get it to fit on my head. I'm hoping it will look good when it's done and the whole costume comes together. Still one of my favorite SW suits of all time.

I really like the way this one came out!

Also, thanks for taking such detailed pics. I am using these pics for reference on my build.
Awesome job!

Very Nice work can almost hear the synthesized voice coming through before the "Someone who loves you." line..
