"Bones" Season 7 - Prince Charmington doll ID?

Anyone happen to know what doll (or doll parts) were used to make the "Prince Charmington" doll from the Season 7 episode of Bones "The Prince In the Plastic"?

A couple of pics off the net:

Upper torso and arms may be vintage G.I. Joe, with lower torso and legs being a newer Sideshow/Hot Toys type doll. Head is probably a vintage Ken.

Not sure if the clothes are custom or pre-existing (guessing the latter). I've looked through every "prince" doll on eBay, but can't see anything that matches, so perhaps it IS a made-from-scratch outfit.

Looked online,and the outfit looks alot like a Naval Captain outfit.

I did use some parts from vintage GI Joes but created the head, knee joint and both upper and lower leg from scratch. The costume was designed by our costumer and was then fabricated by the Fox tailor. There is also the "modern" Prince Charmington, used later in the episode that also had custom costume and head made specifically for the prop. I was actually looking for some photos of that for my resume when i stumbled upon this thread.
