Anyone know if these and/or the glass vials have/can be made?

Target had glasses in this shape...I cut the bottom off them to make these...

I was soooo close to doing those a while back and didn't want to hunt the glass work down.

Even got a quote at one point to have some cut.

One of those props that never got off the bench.
