Blade Runner Cast Semi-Reunion **Hollywood Show**

The same 4 who showed up for comicon in 2007 for the final cut promotion. I can only hope they will do something on the East coast sometime :D. Thanks for the info for sure.

Why does Harrison not show up for these things or talk about BR?

Well, Harrison Ford is an A Listed Actor...or he used to be (which is debatable) haha.

Anyways, usually these conventions are for B listed or C listed actors or actors who appeared on old tv shows or recent scifi tv shows

I am considering going to get john wesley shipp and brinke stevens auto in my rocketeer book (there is a flash tv show costume design in it and brinke was married to dave stevens)

Because he still has a career! :lol

Bingo.

And he doesn't need the money, or the promotions. Don't get me wrong, I think it's VERY cool that the casual fan now has a chance to interact with players in some of their favorite movies. That's cool. But yeah, you don't see harrison ford signing autographs at a con for twenty bucks.

Exactly AND the biggest reason of all is Harrison Ford has publicly announced that his acting IS JUST A JOB. I think the only character he ever connected with on a personal level was Indy.

*****, where else can you meet Stella Stevens, Nicholas Hammond, Gary Busey, AND Henry Hill? I mean, isn't there still a hit out on Henry Hill?

Gene

Ah yes ???? Which one ???? Except to make Indy 5, 6, 7......I don't see any actual career :rolleyes

You can't deny or take away what the man has done. He is an icon, and has arguably brought to life some of the most iconic characters.

I don't think it's fair at all to say he does not have a career because of a dud here and there, IMHO:sleep

Yes, you're right on that but I think Ford doesn't matter with his fans....I find weird that the first time that he accepted to sign a plaque with his name (MR Falcon) was when his career was so "down" and perhaps he needed some money and recognition !!!
I think he 's not as smart as he should be.....just my opinion :)

Looks like schools in session for you young Padewan.

:lol Your first assignment is to actually research his films so you can EDUCATE yourself to see that he has HAD a career and still does. :lol

OK Apollo..I will do that :lol
Thank you to show me the right direction :thumbsup

I was wondering, does "Mr. Ford" consider himself too big a star to attend these kinds of functions?

I've heard of many actors who don't go to these events because they don't want to associate with the "common people", they consider themselves above the rest of us.:)

But then, I'm a bit of a cynic:angry

Uh huh...

Chances are that he donated every cent to one of his charities.

He doesn't like the attention.

Not that I'd stand a chance of going...

But you'd think Edward James Olmos would be there. I mean the man does do the convention circuit right?
