first time i preordered some 6" GiJoe figures. they finally were released in stores. so i continued waiting for my order. waited another 3 months after that. still no shipment. i ended up cancelling order.
i also preordered the star wars retro 3.75 figures 6 mths ago. they were released in stores 2 wks ago, so i emailed them. some lame reply about being backed up. i ended up getting them from Target. i will most likely cancel this order also

You can cancel a pre-order without receiving a nasty email about cancelling pre-orders with BBTS. Some other vendors....not so much.

Another satisfied BBTS customer here! That said, they do tend to get product later than other sellers; not sure why. I had their Trick or Treat Studios Michael Myers on preorder for months, and had to sit back and watch others enjoy their wares who had ordered from TOTS directly. I ended up canceling and doing the same. I have some other stuff with them right now I'm willing to wait on -- especially at their $4 flat shipping rate!
I'm sure many are in the same boat, but man many of my pre-orders are getting delayed and bunching up. At some point I fear a ton of stuff ships all at once? I now have 11 items all say "July". That's over a grand in stuff I thought would be spread out over time. Perhaps it still will be but man.
