Big bat wing for cosplay?

Okay so i was commissioned to make clouds wing from kingdom hearts im just slightly confused how to go upon it...i know i have to make a harness but as for the wings construction itself i was thinking of using eva foam and fabric of some type or maybe worbla idk...can someone give me some tips?

I just started making fairy wings for my kids out of the thicker EVA floor mats. They are sturdy and lightweight. The mock ups survived many door frames and tumbles around the yard. From the look of that picture you will need to reinforce the skinny parts where they meet the body.
