Ok, what I have is a copy of the bottom half of my sidious saber in resin, and I wanted to attached the top half (emitter section) to the resin, so should I use some sort of adhesive, or try and thread it to the resin of some sort...?
    -Thanks
The resin bottom I'm using now wont be permanent, just my "experimental" version.

    Hi buddy

Would it be possible to add a 1" threaded bar into the top piece?

If so, you could drill a hole in the (top and) bottom half and screw the threaded rod in, thus giving you a removable section for later replacement.

    Regards

    Al

That might work rather well. ~Sal~, can you post up some pics of what we are talking about here?

Yeah, I'll post some, it might take about a day though. Stay tunned.

Took a quick shot of the original pull of my sidious saber, cleaned it up a bit.
