Best Instant Vinyl Glue?

Has anyone glued together 2 mass-produced vinyl/rubber costume parts before? Hopefully using an instant glue instead of a contact cement that takes a while? What glue was it?

Just a bump as I need to get glue tonight after work, if anybody has suggestions!

After testing several Locktite Super Glues and a contact cement, I've concluded that Gorilla Super Glue is quite amazing on vinyl. It dries very quick and stays totally flexible, and also works great on the foam we use for Iron Man.
