how do you get the paint to seal to the plastic? I'm using krylon fusion and even then it still scraps off

I primer it first with Plasti-Dip.

Which is a liquid rubber spray paint.
it remains flexible and the paint seems to adhere to it like nothing else.
I have been reallly surprised and impressed with how well it resists any scratching
