Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon

hey guys,

I really didn't know where to put this so i hope this forum is alright. I am a huge horror fan. The vast majority of my collection revolves around that specific genre. The film Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon came out some time ago and i really really enjoyed it. I had an old lifesize halloween decoration sitting around so I just decided to make myself a lifesize version of the titular character. I got the half mask from The Prop Shop. I must give a shout of to the maker and owner of the website, Casey, for making this lifesize possible. Now, before anyone tries to be funny, I know darn well that the clothes and whatnot are not the right colors and/or brands. Try finding a long sleeve thermal shirt in south alabama this time of year. I had a dark blue one, so that is what leslie is gonna wear. Same thing goes for the overalls. I wasn't about to pay out the rear to get screen accurate colored and brand overalls for this. I found these at walmart and this is what leslie is gonna wear. I still have to do alot of weathering, tearing, etc...to the clothes. I also need to repaint the hands and the remainder of the neckline on the head...anyway...on with the pics...

alrighty,

i got the hands and the head repainted completely. I went ahead and snaggled up the collar and the cuffs of the shirt as well. I then started working on the overalls and the shirt itself...still not done but it's getting there slowly but surely...

I know there are more horror fans than just me and Tommy around here...

I said it before I'll sat it again, that looks great to me. The weathering turned out really well..

Love it Tommy, hit me up sometime, I can probably get you a white thermal undershirt easy, and hand sicles are pretty common here to find.

Big horror fan here - the more B-rated the better! :lol That looks pretty cool. saw the mask on the bay a while ago and thought it looked nice. Not seen the movie though - don't think it's out in the UK. Is it good? (Though I doubt you'd put the work into this if it wasn't!)
