Does the back fin split open in the back? Kinda like Forever but gives it a more tubler look?

To me it seems like its a mixture from all the films. It has the Tim Burton style with the cockpit look, the Schumacher slimness (one seater) and bat fins, and the back end of the Nolan tumbler.

Don't think it's a one-seater. Wouldn't make sense with the split in the windshield running down the middle.

That looks nothing like a car .. neither a buggy, nor anything really realistic .. it feels like it could fly and/or go under water.

I'm really not impressed by the shape! Look slike a big twisted piece of flat metal. Meh.

Oh no, don't even joke about that :eek

I think it's alright. I'd have preferred a more classic look (Bats:TAS), but it fits with what the style of the film seems to be so far.
