Question. How good is the vision through that mask? Looks a little tight on the eyeballs!

Lots of material there to cut them out bigger, depends on how big your head is or your nose

This is seriously impressive!! I usually prefer the longer ear cowl designs but obviously considering what this is based on that's not an option. ...Having said that though I really love this one! Seems so much more intimidating than the recent cowl from the Nolan films. When they altered the suit to allow him to turn his head I think they lost a lot of the shape an pressence.

that looks fantastic. I'm a big fan of the book myself and thought the 2 animated movies were pretty cool too. Having a TDKReturns cowl is an awesome way to commemorate an awesome comic.

As far as design? I spent a couple days in a 3D program to get it the way I wanted it.

I love this and will be keeping a close eye on this. Out of ALL of the Batman uniforms and chest symbols, those from The Dark Knight Return are by far my favorite. Great job, and keep it up!

This is over a year old, so the only source I had at the time was shapeways, and I dont remember how much.. probably way too much...

Thanks, keeping a close eye on what? This has been done for more than a year. There are guys who have bought my cowl/set and made full costumes with them..go look in the JY
