Batman - custom foam suit

First time poster here!

so i decided that i wanted to do a batman suit and since i am not either skinny nor athletic of build, though not exactly 'fat' either. i decided on an armored suit since a full tightsuit was kind of no-go for me.

i decided to let me get inspired a bit by TDK batman but not make a copy of it since i have some ideas for some custom parts.

well i have begun the design process in 3ds max, which i will then make pep templates out of and then i will craft it in foam.

I think you need to make the pecs smaller, they seem to curve round into his arm pits and they go down to his diaframme. Look at some photos of body builders to get the proportions right IMO.

i see what you mean but i'm not going for a 100% anatomically correct pec muscular look, it's supposed to be a piece of armor to protect the chest and personally i like it as is, so i'm gonna stick with it for now i'll keep your input in mind though if it turns out not to work, i really appreciate it!

not much of an update, but i started unfolding it in pepakura, and printed out the upper chest part of it, gonna see if i can build it soon.


i'm a bit economically challenged atm though, since i need to find a new place to live as soon as possible so i'm not sure when i'll be able to finish it, but hopefully soon!
