Certainly,
The badge is sheet styrene various thicknesses, with hand cut lettering, the centre seal is a doll-making ceramic clay which is easy to smooth and retains it's shape as you work it. I had to make a styrene negative 'stamp' that I pressed into the clay to create the 'eagle and leaves'.
The date at the bottom is a decal, still playing with the paint finish, but I'm fairly pleased with the effect.
The background plate was Depron foam, which has a slight texture and looked 'right' for the citations. The citations themselves are decals on domed styrene.
The designs for the citations are from a couple of screenshots and I had invaluable help from a couple of people regarding colours as I'm red-green colourblind. The citations were drawn up in photoshop and printed on decal paper. I have no idea if they are real citations, I saw somthing similar with a NYPD badge, but completely different colours and designs so I suspect they are just fantasy citations.
The finished badge in the first post is cast in white resin (for the badge) and then black resin flooded over the top for the background to minimise painting and give the backplate a realistic look and feel.
Cheers
