is it foam filled? you can strip some foam if it is.
mines split up the back to the dreads for my fat head. the dreads and neck ring will hide it pretty well.
Just curious why the chin seating is a issue. As long as you line up the eyes, the mouth orientation doesnt account for much. Not a poke at you, Im just curious why your chin has to line up? None of my masks are lined up past the eyes.
Sadly if it was only front to back issues I would be able to make it work, since it is top to bottom issues its better off in someone's hands who can fit into it.
Post a pic or 2 for people to see, theres alot of clever and ingenious people here who maybe able to help if we actually see the issue.
Quite often Masks are not sculpted FULL FILM size as wed all look like a teletubbies, Maybe the female mask you have was sculpted to keep in size with Mr Baggy's partner.
Other than asking for sizes prior to purchasing most masks are trial and error
