After I told him I won't share the stuff I payed for, he disappeared, never posted anything again or asked me anything else...

Then it was time to join another community... And he asked me again, that was confusing, because I had the same nickname there...

But hes still around, watching and loading files, if another new is available...

Like everyone else I think I was the only one he has contacted via AIM and Facebook and IM. But know I see that he ask´s nearly everyone for a favor.

By the way the logos from the Hill Valley sign are my work but he gives me a link with 1GB of BTTF Stuff So it was a good deal for me but he told me that this is freestuff he collected around the net and not that its stuff we all make for him.

I have him on the block list in Facebook and AIM already because the moment I come online he ask`s me if I can do something for him EVERYTIME

By the way Merlin what the hell do you do with that stuff ???

I mean did your whole house is full of BTTF Paperprops ?

And now that watermark do we really need such people here ?????

Removing watermarks for reproducing someones artwork without permission is a form of re-casting I think, the artist obviously put it there to prevent that exact thing from happening, at the very least it would be a dishonest thing to do. I'm glad that no one here seems willing to do it.

i dont really see any collector value or cool factor in having mountains of fake "props" from the movie , sure the clock tower flyer and a few others a cool items to own , but not every last peice of paper seen

Ever seen the yourprops collection? He just uploads every file he got, without printing it out and take a photo of it, the usual way...

Yeah, I'm done with this guy too. I did some "work" for him, and he offered me some files too. But he screwed me over by giving away my work to others, while I explicetely told him NOT to share my work (but to use it for his own personal collection). This guy screwes you over and will use your work or contributions in trades with others to just get more stuff. He's also a pain in the *ss when you add him to MSN or something. Always asking favours whenever you're online.

I told him I was done with him and didn't want anything to do with him anymore, and he told me he would find others to do the work he needs to be done. So don't let yourself be used by this guy!

Si tu veux une retouche, apprends à utiliser photoshop.
Quant à dire que si untel refuse de travailler pour toi, un autre le fera, je trouve ça absolument scandaleux !
Si tu veux te faire mousser dans tes journaux locaux, il serait préférable pour tous que tu trouves une autre source pour tes documents.

If you want to show off in your local newspapers, it would be preferable for all that you find another source for your documents.

OK, that is enough of this. I think it is time for a moderator to step in.

I am sorry that this has gone the way that it has but past is past. We need to respect each other’s wishes and get back to having fun. Some of us are not playing well with others - then let’s stay away from one another. I would hate to see someone get kicked off of the RPF.

Respect each other’s work, respect each other’s space, and respect each other’s privacy. If you cannot settle things privately please notify a Mod. I hate coming on here and seeing ugly posts and pointless back and forth arguments. I sometimes am on here with my children as well and don't appreciate the obscene response. That could have been done in private!

Added to that, when told the people aren't going to do this for him anymore, he rudely tells him he'll get someone else. But I'll just leave it at that since he insists we shouldn't be "criticizing" why he doesn't share.

Let's just get back to SHARING. BTW Dimclay, nice work on the sign.

Yeah, he also was asking me to to other stuff for him too, but i just don´t have the time and i did few that the more i give more he whould want so i just ignore his requests, i agree with you and with all here, he is asking a lot without give nothing back or very little...

Thanks for your compliment about the file, it was my first try on corel draw, i just ask a friend to fill the colors and make the border becouse i didn´t know how to do it... i´m a photoshop guy.....
