In this case you should ask the PhotoShop users. This is truly a task for a pixel software and not for a vector program.

Hi Daniel,

as I mentioned in the posting of merlin1974, this could be made with PhotoShop a lot easier as with a vector software.

I'm working with CorelDraw and do not own or have never used PhotoShop. CorelDraw is great for logos, but not for this kind of task.

There is a pretty good image enhancement plugin for Photoshop that helps some with smaller photos. I can't remember what it's called though.
