Baby yoda completed

Finally finished baby yoda.i was at a standstill cause I had no idea what to do about the clothes. Then today at wall mart I found a baby yoda toy that had a cloth robe on him. I took it home and it was too small for the body I made so I had to shorten the arms and legs. Turned out I like the size better now then before so I’m calling this one done.

I think it looks great ! I thought about picking up a baby Yoda set myself and I wondered of the new toy/doll clothes would be the right size.

I picked up the Mattel toy over the weekend and I gotta say I love the lil fella. It was very well done...especially for a $25 toy.

I bought the eyes that were offered with the kit from masteredi. I believe he made them himself.

I have been in the same predicament for my most recent build. I’m surprised that jacket looks that nice for a toy! After this post, I thought about doing the same thing until I looked online to see it was an 11 inch tall doll. My build is going to be 14 inches which is what hot toys scaled there’s to, so it won’t work for me. Yours came out great.

My little guy measures in at 13-3/4 inches tall. The hasbro toy is only 11 inches but the clothes are longer then his body which is basically a big beenbag.so when I made the swap it worked out fairly well.all I got left is to buy a piece of leather for The neckless.i bought a black string but later saw it was wrong.

I made the clothes for my masteredi kit. I posted on his thread, but these look great. Being in the UK I want to make sure I order the correct toy

I found one of my Walmart, for $25 it was certainly worth not having the hassle of trying to make an accurate robe. Not to mention it looked pretty good. I had no idea that he wore a hoodie! Onto the body and finishing my little guy now.

I bought some fabric but may go this route. Can’t find one at Wmart. If anyone has an extra hook a brother up.
