AVP arm/bicep armor

Anyone have good pics of the upper arm bicep armor? i have been looking and looking at ref. here and internet and i cant really get a good shot. Are they flat or curved slightly? do the they flex at all? Etc. Any help would be great.

I based mine off of the Mcfarlane toy.

You can see that there is a strap that would presumably hold it in place. Yes, they are also curved. I don't know if they were flexable in the movie.
