I intend to do this cosplay, but I do not know how to make the 'wings' of Morgana!
I wanted to fabricate lightweight material, making the most faithful possible, so wanted to do Removable 'wings'. And I don't have idea how make this wings!

eva foam seems the way, is cheap is easy and lightweight

That's going to be a serious trick, especially hiding some kind of rigging in/under that super fitted corset.

EVA or insulation foam would certainly help keep the weight down.
