I'm in the infant stage of creating a batman web seres and I'd love to remake this suite! How was the different parts? Would you mind doing a break down of each piece and how you got them?

What was the cowl made of?

The Cowl made in urethane by Mr. Coofunkcurly. I made all the armors and belt in Sintra.

That is insane. My only issue is that the thigh and side parts should be armour instead of fabric.

actually i'd say it's armor padding sewn into fabric
