Anyone know what this iron on stuff is?

The stuff used for these Han Solo iron-on bloodstripes for example:

It isn't standard iron on transfer paper, I know that much.

This guy seems to have used the same stuff to hem the sleeves of his shirt and seal up the front button opening:

Is this stuff ink jet printable? What's it sold as - its product name?

You can like use any of the three. Wonder Under, its industrial strength relative Heat Bond, or Stitch Witchery which comes on a roll like tape. All three are various double sided, iron on adhesives. You iron the material you want to put on to one side,then peel and iron onto the garment.
