I remember seeing that offered in the Whovian Times. I think it is a clever take on Toulouse Lautrec's print.

Did a search and found this. It's the best one I can find. Dunno where it came from as no info came with it. Looks like it might be a re-production in photoshop but it does look very accurate to me. Hope this helps
