I ordered maybe 9 months ago, never got my shipment. They said it was misplaced in the mail and they would send another. I didn't get any merchandise. I emailed them and they said they would send it again, with tracking. The tracking says it was never put in the mail. I contacted them and they claimed it was incorrect and it should have arrived.
