Any suggestions on Farscape's Jon Crichton's boots?

Just was wondering if anyone came up with a viable look alike to act as Jon's boots in costumes. Thanks!

I can't find any screencaps showing his feet. However, I would assume since he was an astronaut that his footwear would be some style of combat or flight boot. If you're not concerned with 100% screen accuracy, just get a pair of surplus combat boots.
