Any passable foam or plastic Katanas out there for cosplay?

I've never gone looking for something like this and was hoping for some assistance please.

I'm putting together a Samurai armor and would like to include a Daisho or a Katana and Wakizashi without having to walk around with a real metal sword.

Suggestions? I would be fine with buying one but I might be willing to try my hand at making them too.

try searching for "larp sword" or "foam sword" on Etsy, you'll find a few suitable katanas out there.
