Try researching a little bit. Half of the threads you have started are where can I find this? Help me with that, etc. The members here will help you but you have to put forth an effort. That said, on the middle pic of the Winter soldier, researching half face ski masks would probably get you started.

I do research them, with no findings, that's why I request help.

I am actually making an entire winter soldier cosplay myself, I have just some screenshots from the trailer myself.. there is a good closeup, id suggest stick masting tape to your face where you want the mask to be, and draw out the patturn, peel off the tape and lay it out, find the pictures and mark out the detailing and cut those out, draw paturns and leave some room for hem, sew it together, bobs your uncle, thats how I am going to make it..I am making the arm out of stainless steel..kind of like medeval armour with the high tech design from the movie
