Since the studios who issued the licenses are being named in the suit, maybe this will finally bring about reform in the licensed prop/costume industry. I'm sure they aren't happy about being on the hook for their licensees failures.

Someone made a comment that the lawsuit will force Anovos to declare bankruptcy and so then nobody will get their product. Well, my thought is that far too many people aren't getting their product right now. If Anovos goes out of business, it's all their own undoing. But the lawsuit may prevent countless others from being defrauded, and there's still a chance of receiving restitution from the license holders.

If Anovos goes bankrupt, customers definitely won't receive their product, but if the studios are held responsible, at least they should get their money back.
